This document records observable historical events, operational announcements, reputation outcomes, and continuity failures. It does not issue financial, legal, or investment advice.

DHAP verification layers

1. 1. Primary Source Anchoring — Major claims are tied to dated public announcements or on-chain events.
2. 2. Continuity Scoring — Projects are assessed on multi-year public activity, infrastructure maintenance, and presence or absence of formal wind-down notices.
3. 3. Cross-Reference Integrity — Claims are checked against multiple independent records where available.
4. 4. Status Tagging — Neutral tags applied: Active Continuity | Reduced Continuity | Formal Wind-Down | Historical Artifact | Low Ethical Continuity | Mass Extraction Pattern (and composite tags where evidence supports).
5. 5. Timestamp Discipline — All status statements carry an explicit "as of" date.

Status tags

• Active Continuity — Multi-year public activity and maintained infrastructure without formal wind-down.
• Active Continuity + Infrastructure Restoration — Active continuity plus rebuilding of core protocol tooling after others exited.
• Reduced Continuity — Material reduction in active building or continuous public presence.
• Reduced Continuity + Reputation Destruction — Continuity collapse following documented hostile public conduct that irreversibly damaged project reputation.
• Formal Wind-Down — Public announcement ending active operations for a platform or service set.
• Formal Wind-Down + Abandonment — Wind-down plus removal of public resources and unsupported community outcome.
• Low Ethical Continuity — Documented association with low-integrity activity, malicious or fake inscriptions, or extremely low independent trust assessments (neutral operational tag, not a legal finding).
• Mass Extraction Pattern — Cycles of rapid promotion followed by dumping with retail-side losses.
• Low Continuity / Abandoned — Short activity then disappearance or internal collapse.
• Historical Artifact — On-chain or documentary remains without active project continuity.

Revision policy

Status tags are revised only upon clear public evidence of change. All status statements carry an explicit “as of” date. Current edition last full review: August 2026.
